To make Cocktail Base: Pour all the liquids into one large bottle, allow it to infuse for 60 minutes, then pass it through preferably using muslin, to ensure it's completely strained.
To serve: Pour 85ml of your cocktail base into a cocktail shaker packed with ice, and agitate carefully for a minute to chill. Filter to a cold coupe glass or equivalent, top with the cranberries and complete it with a light spray of the essential oil over the top.
